I need citalopram immediately

I'll run out of my antidepressant in one week. I can't get another prescription until I see my psychiatrist, but I won't be able to see her until Nov 27th. I thought I could wean myself off of it (I'm 25 weeks pregnant and I'm worried about the effects it might have on my baby), but suddenly I find that I can't stop crying, my neighbors' dog won't stop barking, and I'm considering checking myself into a hospital because I'm afraid I'm gonna go over there and strangle it to death with my bare hands. Does anyone know of a way I can get an emergency supply of medication?
