What do I do about his absence??

We have a 1.5 year old together and he’s just never home. I work mornings and he works evenings so we never see each other but even when he can be home, he isn’t. He goes out on weekends or extends his work day or does shit after work and I’m here with baby just taking care of it all. And I tell him and tell him how I feel but nothing changes. I’m so sick of it. He says it’s me with a bad attitude but fuck, he doesn’t help me and he thinks I need to see my friends more and make more time for myself but how? And shouldn’t we have time together? I’m losing my shit about this and just don’t want to be in this anymore
