Can you have too much sex when TTC?

Question

We started a little earlier than ovulation and have been at it every day now for 5 days straight. Is that too much? Starting to feel a little raw inside, is this normal?

I don't think you can have too much sex during your fertile period. It's ok to skip a day though. I do OPKs so that I have a good idea when I'm going to ovulate and can skip a day when it might not be the most important day to bd. You can also do what others do and bd every 2nd day of your whole cycle. That way there is no way you will miss sex during ovulation. I use pre-seed as well which is a sperm friendly lube and may help if you feel raw.... Good luck x

I do every other day til
I'm fertile then daily I've learned sperm needs to build up. And hubby's body gets burned out of we do it daily.

I've read the make sperm needs time to "build up" again and waiting 24 hours is good. It's probably not ok to do it more than once a day
