Need help!

I found out I was pregnant on Wednesday as a product of a one night stand with my best friends brother. By the way his sister and I have been friends for 22 years and we are all more like family. As soon as I found out I called him, sent him a text, tried every form of communication I could and he has still yet to respond. He has since blocked my number and won't get in contact with me. His sister called me early today and said they talked and he was gonna contact me but was moving out of state to make more money and would only be home every few months....HELP! What do I do??? I feel so lost and like I'm in a dream!
