Azo not working?

I am constantly getting UTIs for whatever reason. I have had urgency for the past 3 days and pain when peeing. I am also on the 5th day of my period. It's about to be my 3rd day taking Azo but it didnt turn my pee orange and I still have the urgancy even though its not hurting as bad. What should I do??

Azo doesn't cure it you need antibiotics

unfortunetely uti's often require prescription to go away fully. after that however, i would suggest taking a cranberry pill daily. i used to have frequent uti's til i started taking cranberry pills. i havent had a uti in 2 years. :)

I take these daily and they work great. Haven’t had a uti for a while now. Can get them at Walmart.
