he did nothing for my birthday...

I had my 21st birthday a few days ago and my boyfriend knew that it was coming up, but he did absolutely nothing. He texted me happy birthday and then when I asked if I could see him he said he was already busy and had plans. He did not get me a gift nor did he even try to see me. We’ve been together for almost 2 years now. Am I in the wrong for feeling a little upset over this? I show him so much love and would do anything for him (I literally just baked him a really nice homemade pie + he didn’t even say thank you) but I don’t feel like I’m being loved the same way. Anytime I try and talk to him and say I don’t really feel like I’m being valued, he freaks out at me and gets really mad. He says I’m ungrateful.
