yes but two scoops of it in the tub and soak for 20 mins. Im 32 weeks and have been using it since 1st trimester. Its safe just dont use hot water and just for 20/25 mins.

I took hot baths with epsom salt my whole pregnancy. Its fine, you just have to make sure you arent getting too hot. My doctor said if you start sweating, get out. Otherwise its fine
