Boyfriend and best friend

I have known my best friend for 5 years. Him and I met at a wrestling tournament. Everyone said oh you and him will get married.  I am 2 years older than him.  I am currently dating a guy who I live with who is 4 years older than me and lives 14 hours from my family. I have been with him for over a year now.  My parents and I fight alot because I never see them and I hate the living with and near his family.  I can't stand any of them.  I love them both dearly.  And I just don't know what to do.  I feel like I'm scared to make the wrong decision. Help me please
