A friend & I have been flirting a lot lately, starting this summer. So last month I brought it up, to basically segue into "do you wanna do something about it (like date me)" and he said:

"Aw man, I wish you would have told me a month ago. I just started seeing someone. But, she & I haven't talked about if we're exclusive or whatever, because it's so new. And now I'm confused. You've given me something to think about."

That was a month ago, and I've gotten no update from him. However, a mutual friend told me that THEY talked two weeks ago and he said he has always been attracted to me and he doesn't know what to do because he doesn't feel good about dumping this other person who's done nothing wrong.

SO, I need to convince him that the right move is for him to date me & not this new person. WHAT DO I DO? Seriously, what should I say? I have to somehow be like, "Yeah I mean I think WE should date. No pressure but like maybe a little pressure ;)."

Help me, please lol
