HELP Hand foot and mouth disease as an adult
I started with it Friday evening, my hands are so painful and swollen and itchy, I seriously feel like I'm gonna go insane. I hardly slept last night, now this morning it's starting on my feet too. I need some home remedies or tips on taking the itch/pain away! I work in a hospital and with my hands so work it out of the question until this starts to get better
