Hello ladies,

This is my first community post, so bear with me. I’ve been trying to get pregnant for 11 months. Just in the last few weeks my DH and I began fertility testing. So far everything with him and myself was coming along great... until one of the tests I got back on myself. I tested positive for the MTHFR gene mutation (677 - homozygous). Naturally I did the stupid thing and began reading. I’ve asked my doctor as many questions as I could, but still don’t totally understand this. I’m terrified and wondering if I should even try to have a baby with this condition. Throwing this out there to all of you amazing women. If any of you also have this gene mutation please let me know what you’ve done thus far. I can’t even tell you how much I’d appreciate that :)
