no period... do I ovulate?

Hey! This is my first month ttc. I was on birth control for endometriosis symptoms for 1.5 years. I never had a period while on bc. My doctor said thats fine, sometimes a side effect. Well I stopped my birth control about 2.5 wks ago. I didn't have any withdrawal bleeding. My question is.. am I still ovulating? (haven't ever done opk) I have read numerous things online... some say you can still get pregnant without a period and some say you won't ovulate till after you get your period back. Does anyone know? I have a dr appt in a month, but want to know now! LOL Thanks everyone 😀
