Forceful letdown
Tips for forceful let down? My 5 week old chokes and can't get through a feeding unless I pump before nursing her. I try to hand express during letdown but every time I latch her back on she chokes after a few swallows. I feel like pumping before a session is making it worse because I make more milk thus I'm even more full& forceful. This is only on the left breast as well.
