Help!! Has anyone seen this?

I was changing my daughters diaper and noticed a little bump on the left side of her private parts. I’m very concerned. I will be calling the doctor tomorrow, but need know if anyone has seen anything like this before. I thought it was a bite, but I could be totally wrong.
