I try to have oatmeal a majority of days for breakfast , drink at minimum 64oz of water (but shoot for 100), drink 2-3 cups of mother's milk tea a day. And make sure I'm actually eating 3 meals with some snacks in between. I also use a Hakka breast pump (suction pump) to help get more milk out , the emptier they are the more milk you will produce ! I also heard the lactation cookies you can get from target (can't remember the brand) are really helpful! ☺️
