What are some simple healthy ideas for meal prep so that I can grab n go during the week? I’m a picky eater so foods I prefer are rice, broccoli, carrots, peas and beans, and any meats (no fish).

Also, what are some exercises that can tone your body that don’t take long to complete?

I’m trying to take care of my body while in university because I don’t want the #freshman15 to get me
