Got a question!!!! Help please !!!

Okay so , tell me this I went and got tested a month after me and my SO had sex for the first time came back neg, his did to! Then got tested again 3 months after that and came back positive? But his came back positive too? Does that mean he cheated or could of had it and just didn’t come back till 3 months? Or I was told that if coming in contact with chlymida, that it can live in your stomach, it can stay in your system md not get treated properly? I had it over 2 years ago before me and him got together.! I’m just trying figure out!

And also another note, there was this night he got off work , this guy texted him saying I’m bored come entertain me! And he says he was his friend and he his friend is gay..! So I’m think maybe he cheated on me with a guy???
