Bratty kids

Tilley
I work at mcdonalds (front register) and today I saw a little boy yelling at his grandpa. His grandpa was telling him to hurry and order because we were very busy. The boy then told his grandpa to "shut up" several times and at one point said "shut up I'm deciding, you idiot!" Isn't that terrible? I desperately wanted to say something, but gently like "That's a little mean! At least he's buying you lunch!" But instead I just kept smiling and waited for the boy to be ready to order. His grandpa looked so frustrated. I feel like if my kids acted that way I wouldn't buy them food. I'd take them home and make them eat something there. Anyone else? It wasn't my place to say something that's why I stayed quiet.
