What to wear to a scheduled c-section?

So I’m booked in to have a scheduled c-section at 37 weeks with my twin boys. This is my first birth and I’ve decided to start packing my hospital bag now. 
I would love to know what you wear to the hospital when you go in for you c-section? Do you wear pyjamas or do you wear just a maxi dress? 
Also what are the must haves for a hospital stay?

Wear whatever is comfortable. You’re going to end up in a hospital gown with your tushy exposed no matter what. I went in wearing sweats since I was told no make up or nail polish. But I’ve seen some women go in all polished.

It doesn't matter because you'll change into a gown as soon as you get there anyway. Honestly I stayed in the hospital gown until like day two or three (I was there 5 days). But when I changed I just changed into a nursing night gown and robe. My stomach hurt too much from the c section to put any type of pants on bc the waistband hit right where the pain was. Though I did take pj pants with me just in case.

You are going to be naked so it doesn’t matter. Ask for a binder the next day it will make recovery and wearing clothing much easier

I actually liked my preggy yoga capris for after and they helped keep the mesh undies and pad in place. Nursing bra and tank top were my top half

I wore my regular clothes going into the hospital. They made me change into the hospital gown as soon as I checked in. I wore the hospital gown for the first two days after surgery also, while I was recovering. They gave me a fresh one for after shower.
What I had in my bag:
Going home outfits for myself and the babies. I had to ask my family to bring my adjustable sandals because my feet were too swollen to fit into the shoes I packed.
Adult diapers for the first two days of heavy bleeding, and regular underwear with maxi pads for lighter days. Could have done without it, but was nice to have. I didn’t like the mesh underwear from the hospital all that much.
Toiletries and hair things - felt like a new human being after the first shower!
I didn’t like pants - neither pj bottoms, not yoga pants - the swelling of my belly made it super uncomfortable to have anything across the belly. A dress, gown, or a high waisted skirt would have been a lot more comfy.
MUST have - a hands free pumping bra! This was a life saver. 
Also, the nursing pillow - made the life so much easier! All the consultants were insisting that a dozen regular pillows will be as comfortable, but try to arrange it on your own! With nursing pillow I could feed them both at the same time and all on my own.
One thing I didn’t know was how greasy the lanolin is! I nearly destroyed my nursing tank, should have used the nursing pads!
