When did you end up going into labor?

When did you all go into labor with your first child? I'll be 34 weeks as of tomorrow, and my mother went into labor sometime in her 7th month with me and 8th month with my younger sister. Her mother also had her early. yet they both had Preeclampsia. I don't want my little one to come too early but I'm hoping she comes a week early so I can take my finales. Also do you have any recommendations to possibly get her to come a week early and when I should start them.
