Am I wrong for wanting to move?

Jessica • Baby girl born 11/2/17

So recently I moved in with my parents because my mom wanted me close to her with being a FTM and needing helping with the baby at first. But I have 2 dogs that have never had problems before until I’ve moved into my parents house. My parents have 3 dogs as is, and my female dog isn’t getting along with her female dogs. My female dog has attacked one of her dogs but it was over food. Anyways I reached out to sign my dog up for private training lessons. I gave the company every detail of how my dog is acting. They said it sounds like my female dog hasn’t adjusted to the move. And as I said before I’ve never had problems with my dogs before. I used to live in my own house until my mom asked me to move closer.

With my baby coming soon my mom wants me to get rid of my female dog because she’s afraid it’ll bite the baby. My dog has never bit a human. And with her training I feel it will help with her aggression she has towards food and I think she has anxiety.

The thing that upsets me is that my mom wants me to give up on the dog and get rid of it, I however want to work with my dog because I’ve had her for a year and half and she’s just now acting out since we’ve moved. Once again I don’t think she’s adjusted to the move.

I keep her separated from my moms dogs but my mom will be hard headed and let her dogs out at the same time sometimes and it makes me and my husband mad because we’re doing the best we can to keep her separated from other female dogs.

I am wanting to apply for an apartment 2 weeks after having my baby and move an additional 2 weeks after applying. Am I wrong for wanting to keep my dog and move ?

UPDATE: pre sure I’m moving out of state now. Husband wants to so I am okay with it!!
