This is an extremely embarrassing story...basically, last night after having "me times" and more wine than I care to admit, I woke up half naked in a Denny's parking lot. I am concerned because I am now showing strong symptoms of a yeast infections (can that happen overnight?). I found an unfamiliar man in the backseat of my car with his "thing" just hanging out. I pulled out my pocket Holy Bible and prayed that I didn't do more than I already suspect. I woke the guy up, made him get dressed and leave my car, and preceded to clean up the mess we made together. I am very concerned about what my SO will say, so I tried to destroy  the worst evidence of what happened. How do I tell my SO when I don't even know what happened myself? I am terrified, please help
