People who work at McDonald's, subway, burger etc; protesting wanting their pay raised to $15 an hour and I think this is absolutely ridiculous. I am in college working my butt off to get a career started in esthetics so I can have a better pay so I can give myself and my child the life I've always wanted and from what I've been told an esthetician gets paid $14 - $16 an hour. Now I don't see why someone who didn't go to College should get paid the same as someone who did it's frustrating cause I worked hard for that title and for someone who didn't I feel like they are just being handed something. And I know some people can't go to college because of finances but there are ways to get scholarships and financial help if you truly desired to go and also lots of young adults work hard to pay for their college. I don't know i just find it really annoying and if minimum wage is getting raised then everyone's pay should get raised as well then.
