Nausea and morning sickness
So i am 6 weeks and 6 days today. 2 days ago I started getting nauseated and it has lasted all day long. I have the urge to vomit but have not vomited. I just gag. I have ZERO appetite when it comes to any food. I’m not sure what to do. Please help!!
