I used to spend a lot of money on PT tests from drug store then I took the dollar store one (out of curiosity) and it worked!  - you just can't test as early,  but if you have missed your period and are pregnant it will let you know.

I picked store brand, but technically its not. Its the 88 cent walmart ones. I keep a couple around just in case because i needed to get off my pill (after 10yrs i started having issues/side effects pop up), and we don't like condoms. So we've been doing the whole "no sex 6 days leading up to ovulation until 3 days after" and pullout the rest of the time. And since I'm super regular, i want a couple cheapies around in case I'm late.

I used from the dollar store. I don't spend $10 and above just for one or two piece of pregnancy test. Well for me they are all the same, no matter what brand it is. If you are really pregnant you will get a positive result.
