Tested yesterday, BFN. AF due today and...

NOTHING! I know it's still early in the day and it could show up later on, but with all of the symptoms, I've been having, I just don't know what to think. My boobs have been super tender for about a week and (TMI) my nipples have been really sore for the past few days. I've been going to bed between 8-9 every night and averaging 9-10 hours of sleep, and I'm still EXHAUSTED all day. Someone please tell me that I just tested too early (yesterday was only CD25) and that if I wait it out a bit longer, I'll get my BFP. I'm just feeling kind of discouraged. :(
