Ovulation pain kills me every time

Honestly, ovulation pain has become more painful the period pain and period pain for me and most other girls is hell trying to come out all at once.

Last months ovulation wasn’t too bad and manageable. The second last time I ended up in hospital due to not being able to manage the pain and needed help getting on top of it.

This time.. holy shit.. it feels feels like hot knives into my right side.. and it is always the right side! I can’t lay on that side or move.. just have to try to stay as still as possible.. heat pack ✅ painkillers✅ hot bath with magnesium✅ and still getting unbareable..

They cannot find anything to cause this amount of pain.. I am so scared to go to any dr now about it due to the fact of anxiety and them thinking I’m seeking pain killers as drugs and being a hypochondriac. So I try my hsrdest to deal with it on my own and with what I know works..

mentally I can’t do it anymore.. the pain is everywhere.. some days it’s managable and fine.. others im stuck on the toilet going both ends from being overwhlemed by the pain.. I can’t do it anymore. I honestly cant.
