Hi everyone,
I'm doing this with a donor, through home AI for now, and I've been reading conflicting info. Is it better to have an orgasm before or after insemination? I thought after, to help "suck up" the semen/sperm close to the cervix, but then I read before. Or both? Ha! Any advice? Thanks!

After, while your hips are still elevated. Hubby and I conceived first try with a known donor and TB method. We also used Preseed and I stayed elevated for an hour after insemination. Good luck!

I read somewhere before was better because even though you may not feel it, your uterus contracts for a good amount of time after. I've felt mine contract after multiple orgasms up to ten minutes after we were already done. Maybe try before then after AI put in a soft cup. I haven't tried them yet, but I have heard success stories on here before. 🍀 ✨
