Period has finally come

Hi everyone so I have PCOS had it for nearly 2 years now. I got signed off hospital for 12 months as I said I wanted to try and have a baby and if nothing improves in 12 months I have to go back for further testing etc. MY PERIOD HAS FINALLY COME for the first time in around 7/8 months. I’m just wondering would this now give me more of a chance to conceive this month? Are there any tips anyone can give me should I try taking fertility drugs now I have a period that has come on it’s own accord without taking any medication to get my period to arrive?
