Flu shot and Pregnancy???

My docotor recommend I get the flu shot today because being pregnant my immune system is compramised. I have heard this before, that the flu shot is strongly recommended for elders and prenant for that reason (for their weakened immune system) So I got the flu shot today! ( I have to get it anyway as I am a nurse and my job requires it ) However my hubby just told me he saw a post from someone .. and people commented not to get the flu shot while prenant , its a bad idea, and causes autism?? Ive never heard this ?? I just got the flu shot a few hours ago ... did I just harm my baby???
