pregnenlone and pcos
Hi ladies! I have pcos and am trying to regulate my cycle after getting off birth control months ago. I have not had a cycle since May and would love to get this figured out so my husband and I can conceive our 1st! Wondering if anyone has had success with pregnenlone and cycle regulation? Any tips would be appreciated. I'm trying to avoid medication and would like to stick with the herbal route. Thank you all in advance!
