Help worried

I am worried cause i am now 13 day late but all my test have been negative i haven't had a blood test but i did crash my scooter almost two weeks ago didnt get hurt really just broken wrist and scraps nothing hit my stomach. Just my arm and sholder. So we thought the stress and pain made it not come but i have a orange discharge Redish orange but no other symptoms that they say come with it so i know it cant be a infection anyone have any ideas i don't. Even know if i am pregnant
