Only me??

So I found out I was pregnant on October 4th. I am supposed to be 7 weeks 2 days today. i have had bleeding on and off, so my doctor has been watching me closely. Today I went for my ultrasound and the doctor told me the baby stopped growing and looks to only be 5 weeks 5days.. but the heartbeat is pretty strong (94bpm)... I was told to prepare for a miscarry. Has anybody had a healthy baby regardless of this happening or should I actually prepare for a miscarry?
