Does any of this look infected ?

Its been a week and they normally would've scabbed over by now. Still quite painful even when not touched, red around the edges and swollen.

Doesn’t look infected. Usually the deeper the cut, the longer it takes to heal. And it looks like some are kind of scabbed over just not at the top of the skin if that makes sense.

they can take over a week to heal when they're deeper. if its infected it'll puss or ooze and be a yellow greenish color. or be extremely red surrounding it.

Yeah I would say it’s most likely infected if you have an antibacterial ointment and bandaids/ plasters on it should be fine if it gets worse please tell someone
