Backing out of a lease (Texas)
I feel sick to my stomach! The office is closed and I feel like I'm going to have to pay so much money because of my mistake.
I signed a lease to rent a apartment in July, 2 months from now. I can't move there now and they won't allow sub letting. If I paid a security deposit do they keep that and I move on or am I responsible to pay a huge fine?
