Pcos question?

So I had to see a different doctor b/c my doctor was on maternity leave this doctor did a ultrasound and told me I had pcos then he told me my hormone levels are normal and sometimes it just shows up and goes away but I thought pcos wasn’t a come and go kind of thing ? He confused me

So then I called my doctor when she came back and she was telling me I may of been misdiagnosed b/c I have very regular cycles and I do seem to ovulate but I do have an ovarian cyst and she said every ultrasound they did only showed me having one cyst and so now she is requesting that office to send them my records and she is going to do a hormone panel test
