Diet sodas have aspartame in them it's the artificial sweetener. And it's used in paint thinner and can cause holes in the brain. So I don't think it's safe to drink.. Ever!

It would be better to drink regular soda, if you must. The caffeine content in most soda is not going to cause you major issues as long as you aren't drinking too many and the artificial sweeteners in the diet version are horrible for you.

You can have up to 300mg of caffeine per day. One can of Coke contains 50mg. You would be completely fine with regular.

It's okay to drink but the artificial sweeteners and the chemicals they use to decaffeinate it can cause lots of headaches and make you just overall feel terrible so just Keenan eye on how it makes you feel. Baby will be fine though
