Diet sodas have aspartame in them it's the artificial sweetener. And it's used in paint thinner and can cause holes in the brain. So I don't think it's safe to drink.. Ever!

You can have up to 300mg of caffeine per day. One can of Coke contains 50mg. You would be completely fine with regular.

It's okay to drink but the artificial sweeteners and the chemicals they use to decaffeinate it can cause lots of headaches and make you just overall feel terrible so just Keenan eye on how it makes you feel. Baby will be fine though
