How long after implantation bleeding can I take a pregnancy test?

My "period" came Oct 31st it literally only lasted one day because on Nov 1st all I had was very light spotting so I put a liner... I took a pregnancy test this morning (nov 2nd) and it came out negative... how long should I wait?

How do you now if it was implantation bleeding versus early sign of your period? Yesterday morning I had an extremely faint streak of red when I wiped (mixed w CM) and then last night my discharge was tinted very very faintly pink. I probably wouldn’t have noticed either if I weren’t currently over CM (so gross). I expectedAF to show up today but earlier I had a slightly more noticeable streak of read but still plenty of creamy-stretchy discharge. I’m wondering if I’m getting my hopes up thinking is implantation. Today I’m 8DPO.
