Clomid??? Steroids!!!!!! Help?!??!!

So my fiance and I have been trying to conceive for over a year!! I have heard people talk about clomid. Has anyone ever tried it? My fiancé has done steroids before and I've heard rumors about that, but can someone please give me some advice on trying to conceive!!!!!!!!

We ttc for 3+ years. I did 11 cycles of clomid, 3 IUIs(during 3 clomid cycles). Our ultimate BFP came with IVF(15weeks and 2 days now)! Have you had any testing? Or your partner? Clomid helps you ovulate if you're not. But if you have other issues that you may not even know about....clomid may not help. We have "unexplained infertility". I would start with the testing....could be something simple like a blocked tube. Good luck!

If he has a low sperm count from steroids clomid isn't going to help. You need to go to your doctor to find out why you are not getting pregnant. I used clomid and was successful but that's because I wasn't ovulating and that's what that drug helps with.
