Dreams About Being Pregnant?!

A couple months ago I had a couple dreams about being pregnant. I lost in June so others have said it could possibly be related to my loss. But then last night, I had another pregnancy dream.

I was going for a follow up (assuming regarding my ectopic) and instead the doctor said I was pregnant. Sounds weird, but I remember the doctor saying they couldn’t tell if it was an old or new pregnancy. My HCG dropped to 0 in late August.

Anyone else experience dreams about being pregnant?
