Ttc after tubal reversal

I had a tubal reversal done back in September. The doctor was only able to fix one tube. He said, my chances were still good. We have been trying since. I have tracked my ovulation and we have tried on those days. I ovulated October 23. I am suppose to start my period Monday. I have tender breast, urinating more frequent, bloating and a few other symptoms that lead me to believe I am pregnant. I took a test this morning with the first response six days sooner and it showed negitive. My now husband has been taking some meds we bought off amazon that is suppose to help with his sperm count and we have been using preseed. Could all this be in my head, I really feel pregant. I already have two kids from my previous marriage so I know how I felt before when I was pregnant.
