Someone pinch me!!!

I’ve been ttc for 15 months now. As of this morning I was three days late. I’ve been up to a week late and not been pregnant. I wasn’t going to test because for once I just had a gut feeling I wasn’t pregnant this month. I decided to anyway figuring I’d get my negative, and a few hours later my period would show up. I was SHOCKED when the digital test said positive. I bought more tests and just took another (this would be my third time urinating today) and it was STILL super positive. I’m just in shock, still. I want to scream it to the whole world so I figured I’d share it here unanimously until I’ve told everyone who needs to know first. This is my first and any advice on the beginning stages of pregnancy would be appreciated. When I bought more tests I bought prenatal vitamins and have already taken today’s. I need to call my doctors office but I’m worried when I say it out loud I’ll be a blubbering mess!
