BFP after Ectopic and Tube Removal

I had a ruptured ectopic and tube removal in July 2017. This was my first pregnancy. After 3 months without my period returning, I started Provera last week (after a negative pregnancy test) to get things going. I took a test this morning on a whim and this was the result 😱😱😱. Shocked, surprised, and scared to say the least!! My first blood draw is tomorrow morning.

Anyone pregnant after an ectopic feel similarly?

Anyone take Provera and then find out they were pregnant? Terrified of birth defects caused by the medication...
