I noticed today while jogging with my dog that I released a little urine without even meaning too. If I ran faster it happened more. I am a mom of one and just for info my son was a big baby but I didn't have complications. I've noticed this before a couple years ago when jumping on our trampoline that if I wasn't careful about how hard I was jumping that it would happen and I didn't realize I had to pee. I'm hoping other mom's can relate and that maybe it is due to having children. It only happens at time of a good run or jumping. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
