Testing for DH - With MFI

My husband is in the middle of some tests for MFI and looking for opinions.

We had an SA in Feb and July and now he is getting his Karyotype blood work. I asked the RE what would be the next step after this test is and they said another SA. Ok that’s fine but they didn’t say anything about other blood tests. I feel like there are a lot more that he should be having besides the Karyotype to determine if there are possible treatments are and next steps for us.

They said if his counts continue to increase we can still be candidates for IUI but keep pushing IVF on us. And IVF is fine if I know that’s the only way I’ll possibly be pregnant. I’m just kinda irritated with them that they aren’t exploring other testing with him. They had mentioned at our first appointment being referred to a urologist and possibly clomid and now that’s not even part of the discussion
