Braxton Hicks...?? Help pleaseee

I wasn’t too sure whether I have experienced this but it was a blinding pain on the lower bottom of my stomach... 
It was like period pains just ramped up a little.. I’m 30 weeks

Going through the same thing, also in my lower back and my stomach gets so tight. I'm going back to the doc in a few days, if I hear anything new or get any real idea of what could be happening, I'll let you know. Oh, I'm now 30+5 and it started getting really bad around the 30 week mark.
