34 weeks! Help!

So I’ll start by saying that I’m 34 weeks 3 days and when I woke up this morning to get ready for my doctors appointment I had diarrhea and bad stomach pains. It went away when I got to the doctor and she checked my cervix and said it is still closed and everything is fine and that she’s not worried about preterm labor. But she did feel his head so he is head down and already in the birth canal. Well I just had bad diarrhea again and another sharp bad pain in my stomach 2 to 3 inches from my belly button. Baby is moving normally no changes in anything else. Should I be worried about this diarrhea or no?
