Can we please just have our baby already!

We will now be going on 11 month's TTC and I don't know how much more disappointing months I can take! Already gone through two miscarriages and my doctor doesn't understand why since all of my blood work is coming back normal! The first time we used Pre Seed we got pregnant but unfortunately it was a blighted ovum and this month we used it again along with using opk's so I know when I ovulated and now nothing! 😢 I just want to crawl under a rock and die!
