Do you and your husband split everything ?

Me and and my husband currently split everything in the household but now that were married and have been for three months I feel like he could step up I am in school and I work I cook I clean I wash etc. he basically can’t do anything without me so I have a big job I helped him finish school and now he’s making money at his barbershop I feel like maybe he should be able to pay some of the bills on his own I don’t want to him to completely take care of me but I do feel like he could step up in that area since he has less on his plate. I grew up in a household were men were the providers but i feel uncomfortable making him pay anything large on his own. Do yall think its ok and I shouldn’t feel uncomfortable
