shitty mom. I always recommend this book when I see this question. It's short and absolutely hilarious and you need to have a very open sense of humor. It's written by a mom and she talks about all the things that happen to most of us but we never ever talk about. It made me relax so much before I had my son. it really took away all the pressure I knew I was going to feel I'm trying to be a perfect parent and gave me a ton of great perspective

Honestly I got it. You can find the information you need more easily by just googling a specific question or what to expect at every week of pregnancy. Saves you time and money. The book is filled with a lot of filler things that aren't necessary

I depended on it with my first, like a security blanket. Now that I'm 5 weeks in for my 2nd, I am digging out the book for my boyfriend as he's looking up and asking all kinds of things. haha

i bought it at a used book store, definitely not worth it. i wouldn't have bought it if it wasn't $5 and even spending $5 im like uggh coulda bought something else.
